Like all online stores, we are impacted by the Australian and International delivery system that is experiencing delays and in some locations, laws prohibiting signatures on delivery to comply with social distancing laws.

We will always maintain our 1-2 day dispatch policy to ensure you are receiving your stock as quickly as possible!

We are experiencing difficulties with some of our regular printing and packaging options but we are busy sourcing our print materials with suppliers who are in line with our "tread lightly" ethos.

We offer flat rate domestic shipping for orders under $150 and free shipping for orders over $150. For more details regarding this, including heavy weight, express and international shipping, please head to our Shipping page.

We accept returns & exchanges on most clothing items (excluding items like swimwear, intimates, cloth nappies etc).

We will of course refund or exchange faulty goods. For more information regarding refunds and exchanges, please see our Returns page.

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we are happy to allow a change of order. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days so this means less time for cancellations, unfortunately.

Upon cancelling your order, a 5% fee will be deducted from the order total. This covers fees incurred by us with our financial partners and gateways.

Absolutely! We offer a range of values for our Gift Cards, and they are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Our Gift Wrapping includes beautiful recycled kraft paper with macrame string, dried botanicals and small gift tag with a custom note.

Simply select 'Gift Wrap My Order' in the checkout.

Please note, Gift Wrapping will apply to all items in an order.
